Promotional Credit Policy

This policy applies to promotional credits issued by Black Cherry Studios, including thank-you credits, referral rewards, and other promotional offers.

Using Your Credit

Credits may be used for full sessions only. Credits cannot be used for creative sessions, events, or studio rentals.

Each credit is associated with the email address used to claim it. Credits are nontransferable and cannot be given, sold, or transferred to another person. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

A maximum of $500 in promotional credits may be applied per full session, including when multiple credits are combined.

Expiration

Each credit has its own expiration date. To use your credit, you must book your full session and pay the required retainer before the credit expires. Your session may take place after the credit expiration date. Please refer to the expiration date provided with your credit.
